ALL INCLUSIVE IT MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (MSP)
The key difference between our maintenance model and the Break-Fix approach is proactive versus reactive care. Our pricing is based on the number of units (computers) and includes all devices connected to the network, such as switches, scanners, and phones. This model ensures your system runs smoothly, minimizing downtime and costly repairs. In contrast, the Break-Fix model only addresses problems as they arise, typically after they cause significant disruption. By the time repairs are needed, issues are often more costly and complex. Our all-inclusive approach provides continuous support and long-term savings, preventing unexpected failures and downtime.
*Rates for this contract are determined by the number of computers in your agreement. All maintenance is included. It may also include all network devices. Onsite and Remote labor, as well as discounts on computers and parts are included.
